Bucha de Lubrificação Marginal BRT-20
BRT-20 é um material autolubrificante de camada tripla que pode preencher plástico POM modificado como camada superficial; é um material de lubrificação de limite benigno, portanto, é particularmente aplicável em alta carga, rotação em baixa velocidade e movimento de asa, bem como na condição em que partida-parada com carga frequente é o requisito, enquanto a membrana de lubrificação hidrodinâmica é difícil de formar, no peças como rolamento, arruela de encosto, bloco deslizante, soquete esférico e assim por diante.

BRT-20 can take full advantage of less grease to work long time without lubrication maintenance under boundary Iubrication condition. But under oil-free condition, BRT-20 the frictional behavior and permissible PV value ls relatively low, so generally storage pit can be formed on the plastic surface, where lithiumbased lubricant grease or silicone grease and so on should be applied when being installed.
